Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
You should first check through our Refund Policy page.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please be sure to thoroughly read our product descriptions and processing times.
You cannot change shipping address after 24 hours of purchase and will not be eligible for a cancellation of order or a refund

How do I track my order?
You can check on the status of your order at any time by using the tracking number and link provided in your order fulfillment email.
You can use the Track My Order facility from the home page Customer Service menu or in the footer menu's. Please check your "Order has shipped" email for your tracking number. If you can't find it, please reach out to us by navigating to the page and sending us a message.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. However, customs charges may apply in your country which would be charged to you by your postal service upon arrival in your country.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After your order has been processed, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping (varies by location).as it will depend on how quickly customs clearances take place and availability at our multiple warehouses overseas. We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent!

Defective Product?
If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. Please refer to the refund policy.
